Why We Do Not Display Ads

First off, we feel that advertising can be a distraction and have a negative impact on user experiences. But in addition to this simple annoyance, it can be much more of a problem. One of the major issues with running ads is that it generally involves a network or website actively collecting your personal data to provided targeted ads to you. This is not only a little creepy but also an invasion of your privacy and we will not tolerate it.

Users are free to advertise within their profiles, posts and groups but no ads will be run by the site itself.
